What is a Secretary of State?
The secretary of state is the chief clerk of the state and is often the primary custodian of important state records. In most states, the secretary of state is in the line of succession to succeed the governor, in most cases immediately behind the lieutenant governor.
What Secretary of State Closed Due to COVID-19 Virus?
Over the counter filings and services maybe closed in many states due to the pandemic. Our representatives are familiar with the situation in each state.
