BlumbergExcelsior Releases Seizin™, New Contract-to-Closing Real Estate Software

NEW YORK, NY—June 28, 2007— BlumbergExcelsior, a leading publisher and distributor of legal forms and software, has released Seizin™, a new and complete residential real estate transaction management software system. Seizin reduces the costs of running a residential real estate practice by automating the process from contract to closing. Seizin auto-fills industry standard and custom real estate documents from a database. Additional licenses are $59 down, plus two payments of $45.
